Please note that we cannot process cancellations or returns for orders older than 24 hours. We make each piece for each order based on size and design specs for each customer.

Exchanges may be made for size differences. The exception to this is any custom orders & holiday designs when the holiday is less than 12 days away. In those cases we will not be able to accommodate size exchanges.  All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery,  Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.

Custom items of any kind are not eligible for return or refund.

Teethers and feeding items are considered final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.
