S I G N ∙ F E A T U R E S :
• STAINED or bare wood - 1/4" thick maple
• PAINTED - 1/4" double refined mdf
• No hanging hardware is included - we recommend command strips or another type of drywall friendly mounting tape
• Each letter is cut & sanded and followed up with paint/stain if you choose. Because there may be variations in the wood - grain, knots, wood tone, etc - your sign may vary ever so slightly from the signs shown

S I G N ∙ S I Z E :
• WIDTH - you choose the rough width of your sign. I say rough because when you hang it on your wall you could space the letters farther apart for a wider appearance
• HEIGHT - The height of your letters will vary depending on the width chosen & the number of letters in the name. I.E. the more letters the shorter.
• MIDDLE NAME SIZE - The middle name will be cut smaller than the first name but in proportion for a beautiful stacked look once on the wall.

Please note that we cannot process cancellations or returns for orders older than 24 hours. We make each piece for each order based on size and design specs for each customer.
Exchanges may be made for size differences. The exception to this is any custom orders & holiday designs when the holiday is less than 12 days away. In those cases we will not be able to accommodate size exchanges. All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
Custom items of any kind are not eligible for return or refund.
Teethers and feeding items are considered final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.
