DO YOU OFFER RUSH OPTIONS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, we do, but on a limited basis.  The rush production upgrade would have your order shipping within 24 hours.  This option does NOT affect shipping speed, only production time.  Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.  

You can contact us at hello@claireandbellaco.com to confirm that we can accommodate your request.  If we can make it happen you will be invoiced for the upgrade fee of $15. 

 

HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT IT TO TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Typical turnaround for any sort of custom order is 3-5 business days.  All stock items ship out in 1-2 business days.

Keep in mind that our shipping schedule may be affected during certain times of the year when order volume is higher.  Follow us on Instagram for the most up to date info.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes and no.  We make every effort to accommodate all of our customers around the globe.  However, past experiences with mis-handled delivery to certain parts of the world by the parcel services on the ground there, we have opted to discontinue shipments in certain countries. 

We currently service – U.S.A, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

 

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY, CAN IT BE FIXED?

Once an order is placed, we cannot change your information.  Carefully review your order as well as your address prior to confirming.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.  That being said, NON CUSTOM items may be returned for a refund if they fall within the Returns criteria.  Please see that page for more information should you need to return for a refund.

 

PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCT INFORMTATION

Our private label gowns, sleepers & swaddles are designed in Illinois and ethically sourced & manufactured in China.  Our manufacturers are GOTS certified.
